your wedding music
When you have decided how your afternoon or evening are to flow, or even what main components you are going to include, you will then need to discuss availability and suitability of performers for your reception.
You will need to contact us either by email or telephone (01691 649044). Email is preferable in some ways because we can then research what or whom we have available before replying.
If you are booking a wedding disco, you will simply need to request information about this, or obtain it from our website. Once you have confirmed that you would like to book, we will send you two contracts. Complete them both, checking that all details are correct, and return one to us with your deposit. For the purposes of communicating with the DJ about your wedding disco, you will simply need to email us at this link. Closer to the date, there may be more precise discussions between yourself and the DJ himself.
If you are booking live music - a live band, wedding band or other entertainment, please let us know your requirements, again by email or telephone. We will then send you a list of the typical bands and performers we have available, along with prices. If you are interested in any, please let us know, and we will attempt to book the artists on your behalf. If you require further information about the performers, we can obtain this and relay it to you. If you wish to book, we will send you two copies of a three-way agreement. You will sign and return both to us. You will then receive your copy from the artist/band. From that moment forward, you will be able to communicate diretly with the artist to discuss their performance, if you wish.
You may be simply booking a PA, if you already have your wedding music planned. We can arrange for your PA hire - again this is through contract only, and you will be responsible for the care and protection of the equipment you hire. You can hire your PA in more or less the same way as the other elements.
Whatever you book, all arrangements will be backed up by a professional contract stipulating quite clearly dates, times, services and the terms of our service. We hope in this way to make your wedding celebrations as relaxed and stress-free as possible.
